Counselling

As a result of the increasing number of individuals needing counselling supports and the reduced capacity across the mental health landscape for such supports to be provided, we will be implementing a 15-session limit for counselling services. We thank you for your continued support and patience as we work to address the increasing need for mental health support and access to services.

Counselling is available for individuals, couples and families to empower themselves to heal.

Interpersonal problems can be a catalyst to seeking counselling. For others it stems from feelings of alienation and isolation or simply lack of healthy relationships.

Our team of therapists offer counselling to individuals, couples, children, youth and families.

  • Therapy is offered on a sliding scale, which means the amount you pay aligns with your annual income and family size.
  • You will receive a phone call within 2 business days from our intake worker who will assess you and match you with the therapist who can best meet your needs.
  • We are one of the few therapy services in the west end of Edmonton.

We can help with:

* Anxiety & stress
* Relationship difficulties
* Family conflicts
* Self-esteem issues
* Social isolation

* Abuse, trauma & PTSD
* Grief, separation & loss
* Life transitions
* Mental health issues
* Depression, suicidal thoughts
